It all joins up
My working life has moved through science, technology, law, education, public service and civil society. The connections between those things have gradually become clearer over time.
I am a lawyer, technologist, author and public servant. My working life has moved across science, technology, law, education and civil society, with a continuing interest in how systems work, how decisions are made and how organisations can create positive change.
I currently serve as an Independent Panel Chair with the Parole Board for England and Wales and as a Deputy Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire. I am Chair of the Board of Trustees of Prior’s Court Foundation and the Inside Out Trust, Deputy Editor of the International Review of Law, Computers & Technology, and a former Chair of the WCIT Charity. I am also an independent member of the Community and Voluntary Service Honours Committee.
